Crossroads Women's Center

I managed this turnkey commercial solar project from beginning to end. First steps after the project sale included working closely with Crossroads to design the final array, and then with our engineers to draft the solar plan set. I applied for permits with the City of Philadelphia and for interconnection with PECO, the local energy supplier. Once approval to install was secured, I created the BOM and installation plan for the system to ensure a problem-free and efficient project once boots hit the ground. As the organization is a 501c3 non-profit, the owner took full advantage of the recent IRA legislation, including direct pay and the low-income communities adder.
